RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 
At Krystina Te Kanawa Ltd we've worked tirelessly to create the perfect makeup brushes for our clients, from the novice, makeup enthusiast, to experts.  

We take great pride in the quality, the brushes performance and the overall aesthetics of each brush.
As in everyday life everything isn't  always going to be smooth sailing and perfect, so if you have been delivered a faulty brush we will do our up
best to provide fast and sincere customer service to make sure you receive what you have invested in through our brushes.
 
 
BUYERS PROCESS:
If you are unhappy and there are faults with your brushes please notify makeup@krystinatekanawa.com.
Please state clearly why you are wanting to return the brushes, accompanied by photo proof of any faults.
 
KTK will only accept returned brushes if the following has occurred:
1. Brush bristle is shedding excessively - (shedding will be very minimal as the synthetic, not animal hair) fibre is
2. The ferrule has come off the handle (this could happen, but only after many years due to the normal practice of washing the brush)
3. Any type of skin reaction to the bristle. 
 
Shipping costs back to Krystina Te Kanawa Limited will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. 
 
All items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery, in a perfect sellable condition - unused, and unaltered - (unless faulty)
and packaging must be in the original condition to be eligible for return. 
 
Once the returned items are received, they will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been used.
 
If goods are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the items by Krystina Te Kanawa Limited.
 
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the product.
